The aim of Module ΔΤΠ511 «Principles of Management», is to provide students with a broad understanding and appreciation of the field of human resources management. It also aims at enabling participants to apply the knowledge they will acquire in Human Resource Management, to real-life situations in their own business environment.
Another objective of this module is to identify ethical dilemmas and ways of resolving them based on ethical principles and moral theory. Moreover, this module is aimed at familiarizing students with the best practices with regard to implementing and developing advanced communication skills and enhancing their abilities to identify trading opportunities, choose and apply the appropriate tactics to get the most out of any negotiation.
