Under the regulations of the Open University of Cyprus, undergraduate students are exempt from paying tuition fees. However, a fee per Module is charged to all students to cover general operating/administrative costs. This amount is different for non-EU citizens and is determined by the University Council.
Under the regulations of the Open University of Cyprus, every postgraduate student attending a Master degree is charged with tuition fees. The amount is determined by the University Council, depending on the program of study.
Under the regulations of the Open University of Cyprus, every doctoral student is charged with tuition fees amounting to €675 per semester for the first six (6) semesters. In case the study lasts longer, then the following applies: for the first four (4) and the last two (2) semesters, the cost amounts to €675 per semester and for the remaining semesters, the cost amounts to €100 per semester. [Note: the length of study in a doctorate degree programme constitutes a minimum of three (3) years and a maximum of eight (8) years), an amount determined by the University Council].
Under the regulations of the Open University of Cyprus, every student enrolled in independent Modules in the context of lifelong learning is charged with the tuition fees amounting to each Module, an amount determined by the University Council. (Note: successful completion of the independent Modules offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels by the OUC leads to the award of an undergraduate or postgraduate certificate of course study, not to full degrees).
Special 7% discount for full payment of the administrative costs/tuition fees for the academic year 2024-2025.
Open University of Cyprus’ Council has decided to grant a 7% discount to all those students who pay in full the cost of their chosen Thematic Units for the academic year 2024-2025, within the advance payment period (according to the academic calendar’s payment schedule).
