Dr. Tea Gvelesiani, Associate Professor at the School of Social Sciences at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), will be visiting the Open University of Cyprus (OUC). Her visit is part of the Erasmus+ International Mobility Programme, specifically for an invited Teaching Assignment. During her stay, Dr. Gvelesiani is delivering a series of open lectures, which are integrated into the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes in "Business Administration" at the OUC.

Dr. Gvelesiani holds a Doctorate in Psychology and brings two decades of expertise as a lecturer, senior trainer, and organizational development consultant. Her professional background covers a wide range of areas, including leadership, teamwork, human resource management, consumer psychology, and communication. In addition to her academic role at GIPA, she is an associate member of both the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS).
