OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Τhe Postgraduate Programme in “Educational Leadership and Policy” aims a) to create the foundations for more effective organization and administration of schools and other educational organizations, and b) to provide students with a theoretical as well as applied understanding of the relationship between context variables of the educational system and their relationships with the roles, responsibilities and actions of educational leaders.
