The aim of this module is to provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to apply the knowledge gained in the Master's Degree Program and complete a research project on their own with the assistance of an advisor. In addition, it provides students with the opportunity to explore in depth a topic of interest by applying a rigorous, systematic, and scientific approach to problem solving.
By the end of both modules (ELP701A and ELP702B), students should be able to:
- Implement an original and methodologically valid research plan.
- Present and critically analyze their research findings.
- Present their research in a complete master thesis form.
- Defend their thesis in the presence of an ad hoc, assigned thesis committee.
